Nice to meet you!
I'm Kennedy, a UX designer with a bachelor's degree in experience design from the University of North Texas with minors in marketing and art history. I am on a mission to make a positive social impact through implementing empathy, impactful research, and human centered solutions in design.
From an early age, I've been captivated by visual communication and its power to shape our world. It's more than creating something visually appealing; it's using design as a tool for change, to foster community, and a vessel for storytelling.
Always Creating
I've been creating for as long as I can remember.
Art was never just a hobby to me, but my lifelong companion, confidant, and livelihood. I have always been fueled by experimentation and curiosity, translating it into paintings, drawings, dishes, and a way to connect with others.
Whether its through a canvas, food, digital screen, or experience, I cherish the opportunity to create. Every project is a chance to innovate and instill curiosity into the world. UX has allowed me to turn my passion of creating unexpected solutions into a career, and I look forward to continuing this journey of designing meaningful, user-focused experiences that leave a lasting impact on people's lives.
Thank you to my high school art teacher, Lindsay Hallaway, for teaching me that creativity can be a career. <3
